Ardán has been fostering talent in Film, TV, Games and Animation since 1989. We give creators a platform to tell their stories, and support our community through advice, training, resources and funding.    

We now wish to recruit a Talent Development Executive on a part-time basis .

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a programme of workshops, seminars, conferences and schemes to address the needs of professionals in Film, TV, Games and Animation. 

We require a candidate that is highly motivated, efficient and effective. You are capable of working as part of a small dynamic team liaising with national and international agencies, funding bodies, partners, facilitators, mentors, and professionals to plan, market, and deliver upskilling workshops, seminars, schemes and events to meet the needs of creative professionals and companies. 

Essential Experience and Qualities: 

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position or in a relevant position within the audiovisual industry.  
• Knowledge of the Irish Film, TV, Animation and Games landscape. 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
• Experience as a proficient project manager, astute in dealing with industry stakeholders. 
• A positive team player, with a self-starting can-do attitude. 
• An ideas person – contributing and driving new initiatives. 
• A strong commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the screen sector. 
• A full clean Driving License is desirable.
